This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the early-access form on this site.
Who we are
Resonext is responsible for the details you send us. You can reach us at privacy@resonext.com.
What we collect
Your email address and, if you add it, your organisation's name. We also record the language of the page you used and, if the link you followed included them, its campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). If you answer the optional follow-up questions, we also record which parts of Resonext interest you and what you find hardest about publishing videos, for the same purpose.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about Resonext and a possible pilot. We don't sell your details or add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored with Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets), which processes them on our behalf.
Where it is stored and for how long
Google may store the data in data centres outside the EU/EEA. We keep your details for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. If we measure visits, we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing privacy@resonext.com.
